I'm really happy with my download numbers too. (I'm up to 11242 trial versions downloaded as of yesterday.) What's crazy is that these numbers are terrible compared to new games being released on the service. When I put out my next game, I'll probably see that many trials in the first few weeks, as Xbox Indie Games has grown tremendously in the last few months.

Being didn't receive any special advertising, that I'm aware of. But as far as I know, Microsoft never charged anyone for any promotion.

Hehehe, I've got so many 10% completed games that I can't remember them all. I have a few that are still more active, though. A Castle Crashers style beat-em-up, a new puzzle platformer, and another platformer that's more like Metroid or Castlevania. I'm focusing on the puzzle platformer right now, and hoping to have it out in the next month or so.

Wow, that's pretty good for a first game. Tbh I haven't tried the demo yet. I will later.

500 sales is quite nice if your main objective is not to make money but to have fun. I was wondering, did Microsoft gave your title extra advertising (and billed you for that?) or was this purely by 'being in the gamelist' (no phun intended). I see you got allot of favourable reviews, that must've helped.

Curious about your name game, any updates on what kind of project you are working.

(Mehh myself I got a few dozen '10% completed' games laying around but never find the concept interesting or good enough to finish, but I guesse you know that feeling).

Good luck
